sd id not the same as user id???

     hi guys, when I insert the sd card into pc and check for updates, it says the card's id does not match the users id. then it asks if I want to change, but if I do, next update check it asks the same? some help plz.

    Generally, Autel ID is just the account of the S/N, they are the same. Sometimes, if the S/N in SD card you inserted is different to the actual S/N of the machine, it will tell you the S/N does not match.
